The Maelstrom-18" is back in stock! For those of you who have been waiting, now is the time to grab the Maelstrom while our stock holds. We continue to fine-tune the subwoofer designs and the latest version of the Maelstrom sports a dual 2-Ohm coil, extra power handling, and a little more suspension travel. If you envision a Maelstrom in your future, don't wait because keeping them in stock has been a challenge.

To give you an idea of the scale of this driver, this is our high-output EX-6.5" midwoofer used in the Exodus Audio Kepler speaker. The EX-6.5 is not a midrange, it is a full-fledged bass demon in it's own right. It barely covers the dust cap of a Maelstrom-18".

Coming soon... a big brother for the Maelstrom-18", the MAELSTROM-21"!!!! Like a subwoofer displacing almost 8L of air wasn't enough, we have went completely over the edge with this latest design. It uses the same motor as it's little brother utilizing the advanced inductance technology along with a full 66mm of peak-peak xmax. Total excursion capability exceeds 3" peak-peak and with the massive cone of a 21" driver, this new design delivers. Stay tuned for more information. Expected arrival date is late summer.
