SHIPPING
We do our best to get products shipped in the most economical
manner. Our shipping prices reflect what it cost us to pack
& ship products including the true cost of the carrier
and the cost of packaging materials. The shopping cart software
does it’s best to estimate your shipping but it is just a computer, with limitations due to a number of variables. The price it comes up with is what you will be charged.
We ship all orders as quickly as possible. Usually that means within 48 business hours from the time of order. We will notify you if there is any unusual backorder situation that will delay your order beyond a 48-hour shipping schedule.
We DO NOT guarantee a shipping schedule. There are many circumstances beyond our control, including inventory levels that may prevent us from shipping within the standard 48 hours. If the customer purchases upgraded shipping, it DOES NOT constitute a guarantee that we can ship it the same or even the next day. Call if you have a concern about the availability of items or if you need a RUSH order. There is a $20 surcharge for rush orders because they require us to disrupt the standard order process, delaying the processing of other customers in favor of a rush order.
We DO NOT ship to hotels or other locations for customers visiting from outside the country. We DO NOT guarantee time sensitive deliveries.
RETURN POLICY
We do our best to make sure that returns are not necessary.
Usually if your not sure about either your skill level or
the need for a part it is best to contact us and talk to us
about your needs. That way we can avoid the expense of shipping/returning
items. It is always best to research something to avoid getting
the wrong products.
In the event that we make a mistake we will take care of
shipping/returning the necessary parts. Parts returns are subject to 20% restocking fees. Cut cable, heatshrink and wire cannot be returned.
All custom work done by DIYCable cannot be returned. Custom
work is done on a per item basis and it is best to contact
us directly for details concerning return policy and pricing.
All Exodus Amplifier kits are not returnable once opened. Make sure of your skills before you order. All assembled amplifier sales are final. We do not offer trial periods nor free return policies.
DACT passive products are returnable if they have not been soldered to and if they are in the original packaging. The 20% restocking fee applies to passive components but only if they are in 100% perfect condition. If we cannot resell the product we cannot grant you credit. All active DACT products cannot be returned. We cannot resell active components and therefore we cannot accept returns on these items. We will replace any defective active products but contact our help desk before returning the defective product.
